Educational Qualification
Post — Required Qualification
- Management Trainee / Assistant Officer (all disciplines) — Bachelor’s degree/postgraduate degree/professional qualification (e.g. Engineering, B.Com, B.Tech/BE, MBA/PG Diploma, CA, CS, MCA) relevant to the applied discipline, from an institute/university approved by the Government or recognised by AICTE/UGC. Where marks are in CGPA, minimum 7 points on a 10-point scale (or equivalent percentage) is required.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Management Trainee (MT) — Computer-Based Test (CBT) → Group Discussion and/or Interview → Document Verification → Medical Fitness Test
- Assistant Officer (AO) — Computer-Based Test (CBT) only
- CBT Pattern — 100 objective questions, 100 marks, 90 minutes; 5 answer choices per question; negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer
- CBT Schedule — MT and AO CBT conducted on the same day, in two separate shifts
