How to Apply Online — Step by Step

1) Visit the official RRB application portal: https://www.rrbapply.gov.in
2) Click on the “CEN 02/2026 — Technician Grade I Signal & Grade III” notification link and read the detailed notification PDF completely before proceeding.
3) Click “New Registration” and register using your valid mobile number and email ID. Complete Aadhaar-based verification (strongly recommended).
4) Log in using your generated Registration Number and Password.
5) Fill in the online application form with accurate personal details, educational qualifications, ITI/trade details, and category information.
6) Select your preferred RRB zone. Candidates can apply to only one RRB for a specific pay level. Separate applications are required for Grade I Signal (Level-5) and Grade III (Level-2) if applying for both.
7) Upload required documents:
