The RRB Technician Recruitment Examination 2026 is conducted under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 02/2026 and attracts lakhs of ITI, Diploma, and Engineering candidates annually. Selection Process

How to Apply Online — Step by Step

1) Visit the official RRB application portal: https://www.rrbapply.gov.in
2) If you are a new user, complete the registration process first:

• Click on “New Registration” on the homepage
• Provide your Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile Number
• Verify via OTP sent to your registered mobile/email
• Provide your Aadhaar Number for Aadhaar-based authentication
• Complete registration and note your Registration ID and Password

3) Log in to the RRB portal using your Registration ID and Password
4) Click on the RRB Technician CEN 02/2026 Apply Online link
5) Fill in the application form carefully — personal details, educational qualifications, address, category, and choice of RRB zone (one RRB only per pay level, as reported)
6) Upload required documents:

• Recent passport-size photograph (as per specified dimensions and file size)
• Signature (as per specified dimensions and file size)
• Category certificate, if applicable

7) Pay the application fee (₹500 for General/OBC/EWS; ₹250 for SC/ST/PwBD/Women/Ex-Servicemen/EBC, as reported) through Net Banking, UPI, or Debit/Credit Card
